Position: Counterbalance Forklift Driver Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Location: Tewkesbury Salary: 13.17 per hour (rising to 13.53 after training) Counterbalance Forklift Driver Pure Staff Ltd are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver on behalf of our client based in Tewkesbury.A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.Our client is a well-established supplier of dairy products across the UK, offering a clean and organised working environment and long-term career opportunities.Your role as a Counterbalance Forklift Driver Safely unload trailers using a counterbalance forklift truck Move stock between warehouse and yard areas Load goods onto HGVs and vans for delivery Maintain accurate stock movement and follow safety procedures Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to meet daily targets Requirements Valid and in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR preferred) Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift Good awareness of warehouse safety and procedures Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern Pay & Hours Hourly Rate: 13.17 per hour, rising to 13.53 after successful completion of training Shift Pattern: Rotating weekly- Week 1: Monday to Saturday, 07:00- 16:30- Week 2: Monday to Saturday, 09:00- 18:30 Saturday Shift: 07:00- 15:30/16:00 Working Week: Minimum 37.5 hours, 5 days over 7 on a rota basis What's in it for you?
