Previously held Ofsted registration within the last 2 years in supported accommodation (1618) ? Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management (or currently working towards) ? Strong knowledge of safeguarding, regulations, and quality standards ? Confident managing registrations, inspections, and action plans ? Values-led approach with a commitment to therapeutic and trauma-informed care ?
