Join the Pilgrim's Europe Team in Ashbourne as a Line Controller.Location: Blenheim Rd, Ashbourne, DE6 1HA Contract: Full-time, permanent Shift: Twilight :Monday to Friday 16:45-01;15 Pay rate: 15.23 We're looking for an experienced Line Controller to manage and motivate a team to achieve daily packing and processing targets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a production team to meet output and quality targets. Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety, Hygiene, and Quality standards. Monitor line performance, minimise downtime, and drive continuous improvement. Communicate effectively with team members and management on performance, issues, and targets. Organise labour, manage breaks, and ensure smooth shift handovers. Support and train team members to meet line and company requirements. Collaborate with other departments to maintain production flow and product quality. Complete KPI records and lead daily team briefings. Promote safe and environmentally responsible working practices.Requirements: Proven experience managing or supervising a production team. Strong communication and organisational skills.
