Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead our IT strategy and digital technology initiatives at Amazon. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology transformation, enterprise architecture, AI development, cybersecurity risk management, IT operations, and client engagement. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive innovation, foster a culture of change, and ensure successful delivery of technology projects. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement IT strategies to drive digital transformation and modernization Lead enterprise architecture and solution design efforts to align with business goals Oversee the development of AI and digital solutions to enhance business capabilities Manage cyber and information security risk to protect company assets Ensure efficient IT operations and service management practices Drive cultural change to support technology initiatives and innovation Lead programme management and project delivery to meet deadlines and objectives Manage financials and P&L for technology projects and initiatives Engage with clients to understand their needs and build strong relationshipsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO or similar Demonstrated expertise in IT strategy, digital technology, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a plusSkillset Required: IT Strategy, Digital Technology Leadership, Enterprise Architecture, AI Development, Cybersecurity Risk Management, IT Operations, Programme Management, Financial Management, Client Engagement #J-18808-Ljbffr
