Key DutiesWork autonomously within job plan as a Salaried GP includes both face to face and telephone consultations, home visits, checking and singing repeat prescriptions and dealing with queries paperwork and correspondence whether self-referred or referred from other health care workers within the practice. Actioning share blood test results and incoming clinical documents.Assessing health care needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems. Screening of patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness. Developing care plans for health in consultation with patients . Recording of clear consultation notes to agreed standards. Prescribing in accordance with the practice prescribing protocol where clinically appropriate.Package and BenefitsSalary circa up to £11,000 per session, per annum.
