Senior Project EngineerYour responsibilities:Your primary responsibility will be to design utility scale ground mounted solar PV and BESS projects with an initial focus on project development supportUsing industry standard software, technical design work will progress from preliminary to detail level in line with the projects development maturityOptimizing layouts and yields based on constraint analysisDesign in compliance with industry codes and standards and incorporating feedback from Construction, Operations and DevelopmentSupport the preparation of post-construction documentationProvide expertise during project development and implementation, remotely and on siteSupport and lead technical due diligencesOptimal cooperation within Renewables, consisting of developers, engineers, project-, contract- and offtake-managers, market and strategy analysts as well as a network of external partnersStrong stakeholder management activities internally and externallyYour profile:Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field)Extensive experience in utility-scale solar design and project deliveryProficiency in solar PV design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD) and understanding of renewable energy systemsStrong analytical, creative problem-solving, and system optimization capabilitiesProven track record of international work experience and cultural adaptabilityExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsBusiness fluency in English (other languages are an advantage)Open-minded, proactive, and detail-oriented
