With a mission to create products that accompany life's small moments of joy, we pride ourselves on our commitment to creativity, positivity, and care in everything we do.Job PurposeWe're looking for a curious, detail-oriented CRM Executive to help bring our customer communications to life.Your main role would be to align CRM activity with product launches, promotional campaigns, and trading initiatives. Using Klaviyo, you'll deliver targeted communications while continuously testing, optimising, and improving.Alongside campaign focused emails, you will also roll out automated, personalised journeys that drive engagement, repeat purchases, and lifetime value.Alongside CRM, you will support our proprietary site lisaangel.co.uk and our wholesale site. Delivering on-site content in line with trading priorities and working on optimisations to continually improve conversion rates. Experience using measurement tools to analyse and provide recommendations.Key Responsibilities:Email marketing best practices, including automation, segmentation and personalisation techniquesMonitor and report on CRM performance (open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue per send), turning insights into clear, practical actionsStrong copywriting skills, particularly for email content and subject linesSupport the execution of product launches, drops, and seasonal campaigns onsiteAssist with asset coordination, and alignment across paid, CRM, affiliates and onsite activityAttend events as required to assist with promotional activityWorking in other areas of Lisa Angel, as necessary based on needs of the businessThe successful Ecommerce & CRM Executive will have the following attributes:Be data-aware with analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and make informed decisionsStrong organisational skills, able to manage a varied workload and meet deadlinesStrong communication skillsA positive and approachable manner with a 'can do' attitudeComfortable with working as part of a team and independentlyAble to use initiative and to problem-solve.Demonstrate a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusivityReports to: Head of MarketingSalary: £27 -£30k
