Since opening in 2017, we've grown to 12 coffee houses across Brighton and Sussex, each serving freshly roasted coffee, exceptional food, and crafted cocktails.We're passionate about quality, sustainability, and community — sourcing, roasting, and distributing outstanding coffees from around the world. Our focus on excellence, consistency, and hospitality defines everything we do.We're looking for an eCommerce Manager to own and drive our digital performance across e-commerce and acquisition channels. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you'll lead day-to-day execution across our Shopify store, paid media, SEO and email — turning strategy into growth.This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a scale-up environment: comfortable pitching ideas, moving fast, testing constantly and using data (and AI) to improve results.What you'll do:Own digital executionLead the execution and optimisation of digital marketing activity across web, SEO/SEM, paid social, email and displayTranslate high-level strategy into practical, high-performing campaignsTake ownership of timelines, budgets and performance within agreed targetsEcommerce & ShopifyWorking closely with the Head of Wholesale, you'll own day-to-day optimisation of the Shopify store, including product pages, collections, landing pages and promotionsDrive conversion rate optimisation through testing, funnel analysis and customer journey improvementsManage and optimise the Shopify app stack to support growth and trading activitySEO & organic growthLead hands-on SEO execution across on-page, content and technical fundamentalsRun keyword research, optimise site content and brief new content where neededMonitor performance and proactively identify opportunities to grow high-intent trafficPaid media & performanceOwn paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta using Meta Business SuiteManage budgets, audiences, creative testing and optimisation to improve ROAS and CPAContinuously test formats, messaging and targeting to unlock scalable growthBrief and collaborate with the Marketing Manager & Marketing Executive on copy, imagery and videoEnsure content is performance-led while staying on-brandAI, tools & experimentationUse AI tools to maximise efficiency for campaign planning, content creation, keyword research and analysisAutomate and streamline workflows where possible to move faster and work smarterStay curious about new tools, platforms and growth opportunitiesExplore opportunities for the brand to leverage AI tools as a sales channel, e.g., AI recommendations.Assist in managing our coffee-house-centric app for iOS & Android.Data & insightOwn performance tracking across all channels using Google Analytics and platform dashboardsTurn data into clear insights and recommendations, feeding learnings back into strategyDeliver clear, to-the-point reporting that can be shared with wider stakeholders.Spot what's working, what's not, and act quicklyShare your expertise on what's new in your field and be comfortable training and educating colleagues.About youYou're an independent, hands-on digital marketer who likes ownership, momentum and impact.What we're looking for:3–4 years' experienceStrong, demonstrable, hands-on experience with Shopify ecommerceProven capability across SEO, PPC, paid social and web analyticsConfident using Meta Business Suite and Google AdsExperience in improving conversion rates and running structured testsComfortable using AI tools to speed up execution and improve outcomesExperience with iOS & Android apps is a plus!Data-driven, commercially minded and action-orientedOrganised, adaptable and confident working independentlyAn interest in coffee is always a plus!What can we offer you:£37,500–£40,000 base salary (depending on experience)Company shares option scheme after completion after 12 monthsCareer development opportunities in a growing national brandEmployee discounts in-store and onlineCollaborative, creative, and supportive team culture
