With over 40 years of expertise and well‐known brands like ImagePerfect, our products are trusted worldwide and used across signage, graphics, and decorative applications from walls and windows to vehicles and floors.About the RoleEikon Ltd is seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to lead our Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental systems across the site. This is a pivotal role responsible for maintaining ISO standards, driving continuous improvement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a strong culture of safety and quality.You'll oversee our QHSE frameworks, lead audits, support manufacturing teams, manage customer complaints, and ensure our products and processes consistently meet the highest standards.If you're a confident, detail‐driven QHSE professional who enjoys influencing across teams and improving operational performance, this role offers the scope and autonomy to make a real impact.What You'll Be DoingLead and maintain the site's Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management SystemsEnsure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001Oversee internal audits, document control and governance processesSupport manufacturing teams with quality troubleshooting and continuous improvementLead customer complaint investigations and drive corrective actionsEnsure compliance with environmental regulations and operating permitsManage supplier quality and external quality performanceDevelop QHSE capability across the organisation through training and coachingPromote a proactive culture of safety, quality and operational excellenceWhat You BringNEBOSH Diploma (essential)Lead Auditor qualification for ISO 9001 (essential)Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or related field (desirable)Six Sigma Green/Black Belt (desirable)5+ years' experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong communication and cross‐functional influencing skillsHigh attention to detail and the confidence to challenge constructivelyWhy Join Eikon?We offer a supportive, collaborative environment where QHSE is valued at the highest level of the organization.
