With an established reputation and ambitious growth plans, this role sits at the heart of driving sponsorship and partnership revenue across a premium portfolio.This is a consultative commercial role focused on building long-term partnerships, not transactional sales.The RoleYou'll be responsible for generating sponsorship revenue across live events and associated media products, working across both new business and existing accounts.Key responsibilities include:Driving sponsorship and partnership revenue across allocated portfoliosIdentifying, qualifying and converting new commercial opportunitiesManaging and growing existing client relationshipsLeading sales conversations with senior marketing and brand decision-makersPresenting tailored partnership solutions aligned to client objectivesBuilding and maintaining a strong, qualified sales pipelineCollaborating with internal teams across marketing, content and operationsWhile much of the role involves outreach, calls and virtual meetings, there are regular opportunities for in-person meetings, industry networking and event attendance.What They're Looking For2+ years' experience in B2B sales, sponsorship sales or business developmentA proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targetsConfident communicator, both on the phone and in face-to-face environmentsStrong presentation and negotiation skillsCommercially astute with a consultative sales approachHighly organised with strong pipeline management disciplineComfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentEvent or media sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
