QT Funded is a rapidly growing proprietary trading firm operating globally, backed by the Quant Tekel Group. We are hiring a Senior PHP / WordPress Developer to take ownership of our enterprise WooCommerce platform, payment infrastructure, and core web systems across our brandsThis is a hands-on, in-house engineering role working closely with founders and senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling systems that are critical to the business.Responsibilities• Develop and maintain enterprise WooCommerce architecture• Build custom WordPress themes and plugins• Own payment flows and PSP integrations• Optimize performance, scalability, and security• Work with MySQL-backed systems handling high volumes• Contribute to server administration and infrastructure decisions• Collaborate with internal product, ops, and leadership teamsRequired ExperienceThis role is not suitable for juniors or freelancers.You must have:• 5+ years commercial development experience• Advanced PHP• Deep WordPress knowledge (core + internals)• Enterprise WooCommerce experience (non-negotiable)• Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)• MySQL• Tailwind CSS• Vanilla JavaScript• Git (professional workflows)• Custom theme & plugin development• Server administration experience• PSP / payment processor experienceWorking Arrangement• Full-time, in-house role in London at our Canary Wharf HQ• Hybrid working potentially negotiable• Long-term position with real ownership and accountabilityWhat We Offer• Competitive salary (£70–80k)• Direct access to founders and decision-makers• High-impact work on live, revenue-critical systems• Clear growth path within a scaling fintech group• No agency chaos, no meaningless ticket workHow to ApplyApply via LinkedIn or message directly with:• Your CV• Examples of enterprise WooCommerce projects• A brief summary of your WordPress + PHP experience
