This territory includes, but is not limited to, Continental Europe, Middle East and Africa. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity for the candidate who is currently located, authorized to work, in the United Kingdom.Released in 2018, Jotform Enterprise helps multiuser organizations automate workflows and business processes as well as collect internal and/or external data in a structured manner. We're dedicated to making online data and payment collection as seamless as possible, so you can build a better workflow while building your business.ABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for an accomplished account executive with a proven track record of over achievement selling complex enterprise technology, particularly Software as a Service (SaaS). Our Business Development Managers (BDMs) own significant territories and work alongside our world-class Pre-sales and Support Engineers to build successful relationships that lead to new business opportunities while maintaining superior relationships with existing customers to grow their accounts. The ideal candidate applies solution selling methodologies to close business, exceed sales targets, and maximize revenue growth.The BDM is responsible for selling Jotform Enterprise in the EMEA Region. The role requires a strong command of enterprise sales, SaaS selling, project management, relationship-based selling, and consultative solution selling.The key objectives of this role include, but are not limited to:Create and execute proven processes to generate new sales of Jotform Enterprise to small, medium, and large businesses and enterprises, nonprofits, NGOs, governments, and educational institutionsRespond to incoming leads within the territory with utmost care and professionalismLeverage your existing network to build a pipeline through social selling platformsDevelop and nurture clients with your territory helping address their needs and challengesDevelop, plan, and execute customer acquisition campaigns around the enterprise offeringForecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customersDeliver smart and inspiring product demos, provide insightful technical answers and recommend creative ways to get the most out of Jotform's toolsOwn the sales cycle —discovery, solution design, negotiation, collaboration, and sale closeHelp determine appropriate pricing and packaging options that provide maximum value to both Jotform and our customersBuild lasting relationships with enterprise clients, keeping customers happy and continually growing existing accounts by identifying additional use cases and signing additional groups within the accountProvide input to engineering teams about customer needs and requirements to drive maximum value and success for Jotform customers.What Do You Need to Be Successful?Bachelor's degree strongly preferred5+ years client-facing software or technology solution sales experience to enterprisesProven and quantifiable track record of overachievementExperience selling to mid-market and large enterprisesHunter background with a proven history of successStrong C-level/board-level communication skills, adept at communicating with a largely technical audienceGood all-around knowledge of the workflow automation marketNative English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skillsLocated in the UK and able to work during Central European Time zone business hoursAbout YouA goal-oriented self-starter who takes ownershipGood business acumen, experience with contracts and pricingCustomer-centric with strong abilities in persuasion, organization, perseverance, negotiation, and appropriate communicationExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsStrong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skillsPrevious experience managing SaaS-sellers is a plusYou love to learn and gain the foremost knowledge of your product and what it can offerYou want to make a real difference and have an impact in an organizationWilling to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic - disciplined and resourcefulWORK WITH USJotform values autonomy, respect, and productivity in our teammates.
