Enterprise New Business Sales Executive – HR/HCM Software (UK Remote base - Manchester, South)Role OverviewWe're looking for a high-performing Enterprise New Business Hunter to drive net-new logo acquisition across the UK Enterprise sector (5,000+ employees). This role is laser-focused on winning new enterprise customers for my clients HR/HCM software suite, targeting complex organisations with multi-stakeholder buying groups.This is a pure hunter role: you'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, operating in a consultative, value-led sales environment. If you thrive on opening doors, navigating C-suite conversations, and closing seven-figure opportunities, this role is built for you.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business DevelopmentOwn and execute a new-logo acquisition strategy targeting UK Enterprise organisations (typically 5,000+ employees)Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify opportunities using outbound and inbound methodsBuild and manage a robust enterprise pipeline with a strong focus on deal progression and forecast accuracySales ExecutionLead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles involving HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Executive stakeholdersPosition HR/HCM solutions as strategic platforms addressing workforce transformation, compliance, and operational efficiencyDeliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based proposals aligned to customer business outcomesNegotiate and close high-value, multi-year SaaS contractsStakeholder & Internal CollaborationPartner closely with dedicated SDRs, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services to drive successful dealsProvide feedback from the market to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategyMaintain accurate CRM records and provide clear forecasting to leadershipExperience & Skills RequiredEssentialProven track record of at least 5/8 years in Enterprise new business sales ideally within the HR Tech sphere, but would also consider other Enterprise Business applications (not IT applications though!)Demonstrated success closing large, complex SaaS deals (£100k–£1m+ ACV) & successfully executed quota's of £1M+ ACV.Strong experience selling into major UK Enterprise organisations, cross vertical.Expertise in consultative, value-based selling methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN).Confident engaging and influencing C-level and senior HR leadership.Dynamic, self-starter (hunters mentality) with a relentless drive to win net-new business.Stable work history (3+ years in a position).Able to work remotely, being based in England (Manchester down to the South Coast).DesirableExperience selling SaaS based Core HR, HCM, Payroll, Talent, Learning Management or Workforce Management software or People Analytics.Knowledge of UK HR compliance, payroll, and regulatory considerations.Background working in high-growth or scale-up SaaS environments.Key Performance IndicatorsEnterprise Net-new logos acquiredAnnual Contract Value (ACV) closedPipeline coverage and conversion ratesForecast accuracySales cycle efficiency & operational rhythmWhat They OfferCompetitive base salary up to £110K with uncapped commission of a further £110K and very attractive accelerators for over performance (top earner currently £500K+ pa)Hugely successful and over performing sales businessFantastic leadership team - very supportive, collaborative and friendly with it!Clear focus on new business success, not account maintenanceOpportunity to sell a market-leading HR/HCM platform into the UK enterprise space (with some qualified pipeline to assist in a speedy ramp)Supportive sales enablement, marketing, and pre-sales functionsCareer progression within a growing global and market leading Enterprise sales organisation
