Biomedical Engineer - Clinical Trials!Location: PrestonLooking to join a company who are growing fast and are looking to take people with them?This client are a true specialist in the clinical trials space, they source, supply and service crucial clinical equipment for clients globally. They are seeking a Biomedical Engineer who is keen to grow and diversify there skillset across multiple departments and projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide remote technical support and guidance to clients.Assist with servicing, maintenance, and calibration of medical equipment within the workshop.Take ownership of proposing improvements to technical and servicing procedures.Communicate information, including updates to policies, guidelines, and regulations, to internal and external stakeholders.Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot malfunctioning devices.Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).Manage inventory of spare parts and development of maintenance schedules.What You Will NeedStrong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with medical equipment.Confidence in acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams.Desirable ExperienceExperience working with medical equipment, with a solid understanding of electrical systems and basic electrical troubleshooting or repairs.
