With a healthy pipeline of residential and mixed-use development projects secured well into the coming years, the business offers long-term stability, technical variety and a collaborative working culture.Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer to take a leading role in the delivery of development-led infrastructure schemes. Joining a busy and expanding team, you will have technical ownership of projects while also supporting the development of junior engineers and contributing to the wider success of the civils function.Responsibilities of the Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer:Lead civil infrastructure projects from concept through to detailed design and deliveryDesign highways, drainage, SuDS and external works solutions for residential and mixed-use developmentsPrepare and review technical documentation, including drainage strategies, flood risk assessments and detailed design packagesCoordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including planners, architects and approving authoritiesRequirements of the Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer:Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related disciplineAround 5 to 10 years of UK consultancy experience within civil infrastructure designStrong technical expertise across drainage, SuDS, highways and development infrastructureProficient in AutoCAD and drainage software such as MicroDrainage or Causeway Flow, with Civil 3D experience advantageousBenefits:Competitive salary of £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experienceProfit-related bonus scheme25 days' annual leave plus bank holidaysPension contributions and life coverPrivate health schemeStructured training and full support towards professional accreditation, with flexible and hybrid working optionsIf you are a Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer looking to progress your career within a supportive and forward-thinking consultancy, we would love to hear from you.Note on Sponsorship: We regret to inform you that at this time, we are unable to offer sponsorship for work authorisation for this role.
