This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your sales career and become part of a company where hard work is rewarded and progression is genuinely encouraged.ResponsibilitiesEngaging with warm inbound leads and generating new business through outbound calling and lead generationTaking clients through a full fact-finding process to understand their needsRecommending the right private medical insurance policies from leading providersBuilding trust and rapport to close sales and achieve monthly targetsRequired SkillsHigh-performing sales individuals with a proven track record of successAmbitious salespeople who are ready to take the next step in their careerExperience in B2B and/or B2C salesPrevious exposure to lead generation and cold callingExcellent capacity to retain and learn new informationA resilient, tenacious attitude and the ability to self-motivateStrong communication skills and confidence when working under pressureA drive to succeed and progress within a growing companyHealth insurance background not required.
