Our software powers some of the largest manufacturers globally, providing the tools, insights & capabilities for them to revolutionise what & how they produce.About the RoleDeployment Strategists ensure Ferry's technology delivers outsized impact on our customers' most pressing manufacturing problems. They dive deep into complex operations, bring structure to ambiguity, and work directly with users to design and deploy mission-critical solutions.Deployment Strategists sit at the intersection of problem-solving, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.At Ferry, Deployment Strategists own customer relationships end-to-end. Your work will involve identifying critical problems, building products using the Ferry platform, driving adoption on-site, and ensuring projects land with clarity and measurable impact. Your work will directly shape how the physical world gets made.Who You AreMinimum 2 years in a fast-paced, analytical, or client-facing environment (i.e. consulting, operations, investment banking / PE / VC)Proficient in SQL and comfortable working directly with large datasets to diagnose problems and validate solutions (or the ability to learn at rocket speed)Available to work in-person with our London-based team, 5 days a weekThrive in unstructured, high-stakes environments where answers aren't obviousExceptional analytical thinker with strong problem decomposition skillsStrong communicator who can distill complexity into clear narratives and actionsEqually effective engaging with executives and frontline operatorsWilling to travel and work directly with customers on-siteNice to HavesPython skills or experience with advanced data science techniquesExperience in manufacturing or industrial settingsExperience managing large, complex customer projects end-to-endWe're looking for someone who is passionate about using technology to solve complex problems. You should have experience working with technical teams and be comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.Your Day to DayNo two days as a Deployment Strategist are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist you can expect the following:Visit manufacturing facilities to meet stakeholders, uncover priorities, and map pain pointsTranslate problems into data-driven workflows, working with engineers to extract and structure data from equipment and legacy systemsWork with customers, from the C-Suite to operators on the line, to build bespoke applicationsLead training sessions to ensure the deployed applications serve their intended purpose and drive adoptionPresent deployment outcomes and impact to executive teamsFeed insights from the field directly into Ferry's engineering and product teams
