Salon Manager | Premium Nail SalonSo.Shell, an award-winning nail salon chain (featured in Vogue, recognized by Harper's Bazaar), is seeking a hands-on Salon Manager to lead one of our 6 London locations.About Us We specialize in premium Ukrainian manicure techniques, serving a discerning clientele of over 21,000 clients across Chelsea, Covent Garden, Soho, Battersea Power Station, Wimbledon, and Westfield White City.What You'll DoOversee daily salon operations and ensure exceptional client experienceWork front desk shifts as salon administrator (greeting clients, managing bookings, handling payments)Monitor and control salon expenses, manage budgets, and optimize profitabilityManage and motivate a team of nail technicians and reception staffMonitor appointment schedules, optimize booking flow, and maximize capacityTrack inventory levels, minimize waste, and manage supplier orders efficientlyDrive local marketing initiatives and build community partnershipsMaintain high service standards and quality controlHandle client feedback, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfactionTrack KPIs including revenue, retention rates, team performance, and cost managementRecruit, train, and develop team membersWhat We're Looking For2+ years of management experience in beauty, wellness, or luxury service industryWillingness to be hands-on and work regular administrative shifts at the front deskStrong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost controlProven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teamsExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsProficiency with booking systems and CRM platforms (Zenoti experience is a plus)Experience managing P&L and driving profitabilityExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with strong analytical skillsPassion for the beauty industry and commitment to premium standardsRussian/Ukrainian language skills are a plus but not requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + performance bonusesOpportunity to grow with an expanding brandSupportive, professional work environmentTraining and professional developmentIdeal Candidate You're a leader who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves.
