As a Luxury Sales Associate for Diamonds and fine jewellery, you will be required to maintain exceptional standards of brilliance in delivering a customer service experience which meets our brand focus.What the role requires:· Meeting customers for face-to-face consultations· Assisting customers through our bespoke design service· Developing an in-depth knowledge of the products, the bespoke process, our brand and convey this with enthusiasm to customers.· Maintaining excellent presentation of the jewellery and showroom· Excellent communication SkillsThe Successful candidate will be:· Passionate about driving a culture of exemplary customer service· Confident in building strong customer relationships· Experienced in operating sales and profitability· Focused on achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills· Determined to maintain a continuously evolving in-depth understanding of our products to advise and make suitable recommendations to clients· A dedicated team player, with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to the wider team· Positive, with a problem-solving attitude· Eager to learn and develop yourself· A multi-tasker, able to adapt and exercise flexibility to changing business needs· Computer literate and competent in using Apple Macs, able to adapt to new tech· Experienced in luxury retail sales (doesn't have to be jewellery specific)· Motivated to reach and exceed personal and team targets· Passionate about jewellery and luxury products· Well-presented appearance with a taste for luxuryWhat you can expect from us:· Competitive salary· Commission based bonus· Dedicated internal training programme to guide you through your career and make the most of your talent· Bike to work scheme· Company pension· Your Birthday offIf you are looking for a new challenge and feel you have the relevant skills, then don't miss out!
