As Norfolk's only specialist influencer and social marketing agency, we work with clients across various industries including automotive, travel, education and various e-commerce brands. We're a dynamic, friendly team, with a great office atmosphere that was naturally created - although we do have a table tennis table, which helps.Luckily, our clients are very ambitious, and you'll help them find the best ways to make the most of that, whilst also getting stuck in to the influencer and social marketing world, handling high-level campaigns and projects of your own too.Plus, with 2026 quickly filling up with new business pitches, you'll influence what the company are pitching and who they're pitching too. You'll work directly with the Managing Director both on existing business and new business, and your suggestions and input will be encouraged right from day one.This role is a hybrid-role, with an expectation that some of your time (most of our team opt for 3 days a week) is spent in our King's Lynn office, and the remainder at home. You will be required to have initial training in the office, but once that is complete we'll allow you to find your own balance.Responsibilities of an Account Manager:Senior point of contact for clients both new and currentLeading meetings with existing clientsCreating opportunities for new projects with existing and new clientsBuilding client reports and analysing constantly to make better decisionsAct as a role model for communication, organisation, and client service standardsRegular check-ins with the Managing Director to work on company-client strategyManaging large budget influencer campaigns and projectsDay-to-day communication with key influencersWorking collaboratively with the internal Campaigns team on larger projectsNegotiating influencer fees and editing our pre-created contractsEditing our templated influencer briefs (training provided)*Editing our templated reports and pitch decks (training provided)**Please note we have had a designer create bespoke templates within Canva, making deck editing really simple. We have found that no design experience is required here, just a couple of hours of training.The person:Above all, creative and motivated, as this role will allow you to help shape the company and our workPrevious experience in a customer-facing role and are confident liaising with clientsGood understanding of the core principles of influencer and social media marketingWillingness to learn on the job and understanding that working in a small marketing agency can vary heavily from day to dayConfident communicating with clients in person, on the phone and via emailArticulate and numerate, especially when briefs and reports are concernedOrganised and equipped to simultaneously multiple projectsStrong ability to work with others within the teamRequirements:3+ years at a marketing agencyExperience with the Google suite of products (Docs, Sheets etc)Good administrative skills, goal orientated nature and good communicatorPrevious experience devising creative campaign ideasNeed to be able to commit to coming in to the Kings Lynn office every weekExperience dealing directly with clients in previous rolesEmployment type & Salary:Full-time (hybrid)£27-33K per annum (dependent on experience)
