Key Account Manager – Premium Hospitality & Fine DiningLondon (Hybrid) | £50k base OTE £70kThis is one of those roles that doesn't come up often.I'm hiring a Key Account Manager to work with some of the most exciting, respected and sought-after restaurant brands in the UK. Think Michelin Guide venues, AA Rosettes, chef-led concepts and destination dining spots. If you love the world of high-end dining and feel at home sitting across the table from top chefs and operators, this one's for you.You won't be managing "accounts" in the traditional sense. You'll be building real partnerships with some of the best in the industry, advising them on growth, visibility and performance, and representing a platform that genuinely sits at the heart of modern dining culture.This role needs someone confident being in the room. Comfortable negotiating and consulting face to face with some of the top chefs in the UK. Happy showing up to tastings, industry events and networking evenings. Networking events are a must, and a flavour for the world of high-end dining is essential.What you'll be doingYou'll take ownership of a premium portfolio and play a key role in shaping long-term partnerships:Managing relationships with Michelin Guide, fine dining and premium hospitality groupsMeeting chefs, founders and senior operators in person and virtuallyActing as a trusted, consultative partner (not just a sales contact)Ensuring partners see genuine, tangible value from the platformDriving retention and long-term account growthGrowing revenue through smart, considered upsell that protects premium brand positioningConfidently pitching the platform's mission and long-term valueRepresenting the brand at tastings, events and high-profile hospitality gatheringsOwning your pipeline, accounts and performance against clear KPIsWho this will suitThis role is made for someone who already has credibility in premium hospitality. You might have sold into fine dining, Michelin Guide or high-end restaurant groups. Or you might have operated in that world and moved into a commercial role.
