Magnus & Wolf are delighted to be working with a fantastic Tech company to recruit for the role of Sales Development Representative, helping them create high-quality pipeline and fuel their growth.SDR£30,000 - £35,000 plus commissionNewcastle basedHybrid - 2 days in officeThe RoleOutbound Sales role - calling, emailing, socials, events.Conduct thorough research to identify target organisations, key decision-makers and ideal customer profile prospects.Qualify inbound and outbound leads against agreed criteria to ensure strong fit.Consistently hit activity and outcome targetsMaintain an accurate, up-to-date CRMTrack and report on key SDR metrics such as conversion rates, response rates and pipelineShare market intelligence and prospect feedback to help refine sales messagingParticipate in regular training and coaching to deepen product knowledgeThe PersonPrevious experience in a Tech sales roleConfident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, able to engage senior stakeholders credibly.Strong active listener with high emotional intelligenceAble to uncover pains and motivations quickly.Resilient and persistent, comfortable handling rejection while maintaining positive attitudeOrganised and disciplined, with strong time managementTech-savvy, comfortable using modern sales tools and CRMsAble to grasp and clearly articulate complex technical solutionsSelf-motivated and proactive, able to work independently
