Café ManagerCORD Café by Le Cordon Bleu – 85 Fleet Street London EC4Y 1AECORD Café by Le Cordon Bleu is a high-end, Parisian-style café, we are seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Café Manager to lead our flagship venue on Fleet Street in Central London.About the RoleThe Café Manager plays a critical role in the success of CORD café, overseeing all aspects of daily operations. This position requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about artisan coffee, quality food, and delivering warm yet professional customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest operational standards.Reports to:CORD General Manager / CORD ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the caféEnsure fast, friendly, and personalised service alwaysBuild strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and enhance the café's reputationConsistently achieve very high guest satisfaction scoresMaintain the highest standards of food and beverage quality at all the timeWork closely with chefs and bakers on seasonal promotions and new product launchesFollow up the annual café events calendar on a monthly basisRecruit, train, and develop café service team membersDeliver regular product knowledge and service training to the teamTrain staff on drinks preparation and the correct use of coffee equipmentLiaise with vendors and suppliers, including managing purchase ordersMaintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and expense recordsEnsure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standardsSupport human resource objectives in collaboration with the General ManagerAbout YouProven experience as a Café Manager in an artisan or premium café environment (essential)Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teamsPassion for quality coffee, food, and customer experienceExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong commercial awareness and operational disciplineAbility to lead by example in a fast-paced, high-standard environmentIf this sounds like you and you're excited about leading a world-class café under the Le Cordon Bleu brand, we would love to hear from you.
