Better outcomes.This role sits right at the centre of that system.The roleAs an Account Manager at Lumix, you'll own a portfolio of high-impact clients and be responsible for making sure global events actually get delivered brilliantly.You are not here to "manage tickets" or push emails.You are here to:Understand how events are delivered at scaleOrchestrate the right suppliers around each briefBuild trust on both sides of a growing platformAnd help Lumix grow by making the experience genuinely betterYou'll work directly with senior event stakeholders, partner closely with the Founder, and have real autonomy over how your accounts grow.What you'll be responsible for:Owning client relationshipsAct as the primary, ongoing point of contact for a small number of key client accountsBuild a deep understanding of how your clients plan and deliver events across regions and formatsEnsure supplier responses are fast, relevant and high-quality for every briefIdentify opportunities to expand spend across categories, services and geographiesDrive meaningful growth within accounts, not just activitySuggesting epic supplier partnersMaintain a strong understanding of supplier capabilities, availability and strengthsSuggest suppliers to clients and support clients by following up with partnersMaking the platform work in the real worldBe the human layer that turns software into resultsSpot friction in workflows and feed insights back into product and processWork closely with marketing on supplier engagement and client activityHelp shape how Lumix scales as both a platform and a commercial businessWhat success looks likeClients trust you and rely on you to make their events happenSupplier engagement is high, responsive and commercially activeClient spend grows meaningfully year-on-year (target ~50% growth in year one)Accounts are retained because the experience is better with Lumix than without itYou're seen internally as someone who improves how things workWho this role is forThis role is ideal for someone who:Has worked in events, agencies, production or experiential delivery for at least 5 yearsEnjoys operating at the intersection of relationships, commercial thinking and deliveryIs confident working with senior stakeholders and specialist suppliersCares about quality, experience and outcomes — not just processWants real ownership and visibility in a fast-growing businessYou don't need a procurement background.
