This is an opportunity to work with ambitious clients, collaborate with brilliant people, and help make Plug Media an even better place to work as we continue to grow.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Client Services Account Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining our client relationships, growing client revenue and delivering advanced digital advertising campaigns for an exciting and diverse portfolio of brands.Working closely with the Head of Client Service & Strategy, you'll help shape omnichannel strategies, manage senior client relationships and bring campaign results to life.Client relationships are at the heart of everything we do and we're proud to have a 90% client retention rate. You'll be a trusted point of contact for some of our largest clients, taking the time to understand their businesses, their challenges and their ambitions.Supported by a collaborative and experienced team, you'll be encouraged to work with autonomy, take ownership of your accounts and drive growth by building strong, long-term partnerships.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTake ownership of senior client accounts, managing relationships and driving account growthLead client strategy and planning for omnichannel programmatic campaignsUnderstand the importance and application of media planning and help to craft a media planning product to help grow our client business.Manage campaigns end-to-end, working closely with the Trading team on execution, optimisation and performanceBuild strong relationships with programmatic partner platforms and stay close to developments in the evolving programmatic landscapeContribute to the wider business through planning frameworks, processes, best practices and technology automationMaintain accurate digital plans and financials in line with client requirementsSupport new business opportunities, contributing to proposals and pitches with platform expertise and strategic recommendationsABOUT YOUWe're looking for someone ambitious, passionate and genuinely excited about making a difference for our clients.We're looking for an individual that is looking to help shape the future of Plug and be a key part in the leadership of the business.You'll be fascinated by the opportunities within programmatic and digital marketing, and enjoy working closely with clients to help them realise their full potential.
