We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to join our Specialist Drilling division.This is a genuine opportunity to move from a site-based role into a predominantly office-based position offering a predictable working pattern while remaining connected to live projects. The role is offered on a full-time basis and can be based from one of the Igne offices nationwide. A full UK driving license is required.You will manage small to medium-sized projects from initial enquiry through to completion, across borehole drilling, pumps and water system servicing, working closely with clients and operational teams to ensure successful delivery.If you want to join an innovative, fast-paced, and dedicated team who are making a difference, wed love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Manage projects from quotation to completion, ensuring all client requirements are metConduct site visits with both corporate and domestic clientsProgramme and coordinate works effectivelyLiaise with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleEnsure adequate resources (rigs, engineers, technicians) are available to meet demandOversee fieldwork delivery and maintain commercial and technical recordsManage project finances, including accurate measurement and timely invoicingProduce and brief health and safety documentation (RAMS, H&S plans)What Were Looking For:Proven experience in project management within drilling, water systems, or similar environmentsStrong understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) EssentialExperience or knowledge of drilling methodologies and borehole pumps DesirableAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressureRelevant industry experience (both field and office preferred)Full valid UK driving licenceSalary & Benefits:£38,000 per annum + Company Car Allowance33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)Buy/Sell annual leave schemeEnhanced maternity & paternity payContinuous training and developmentMedical cashback planDeath in service schemeReal Living Wage EmployerWe are a Real Living Wage Employer, a Disability Confident Employer, and signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant.
