This is a permanent, field-based role covering Glasgow.Key Responsibilities:Carry out preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of commercial beverage equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Install and commission equipment to the required technical specifications.Deliver excellent customer service while acting as a professional brand representative on site.Complete digital job sheets, service documentation, and time records accurately and promptly.Manage vehicle stock levels and ensure parts usage is correctly recorded and invoiced.Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures, risk assessments, and compliance standards.Liaise with the central service coordination team to provide updates and maintain customer communication.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in a service engineer, field service, or maintenance engineering role.Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding and repair capability.Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.Comfortable using handheld devices, service software, and digital reporting systems.Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload and territory independently.Full, clean UK driving licence.Salary circa £33,000 + vehicle + overtime + benefits.Please contact Shaun Docherty today for further information!
