The Old Ship is a family-owned 17th Century traditional village public house in a rural setting in The Chilterns which after a long closure will reopen in spring 2026. We are hiring for the following positions: Kitchen Assistant. Full or Part-time. 7 day a week positions. Competitive rate of pay based on experience. Duties/Requirements include: Minimum level 2 food hygiene qualification. Dish up and serve prepared call order foods during lunchtime. Prepare, make and serve sandwiches, ploughmans, salads, chips etc on a call order basis. Assist with cleaning of tables during service.
