Multi-Skilled EngineerAre you an experienced maintenance engineer with a strong mechanical bias and electrical knowledge?Our client is looking for a proactive Multi-Skilled Engineer to support site operations by delivering high-quality maintenance across plant, machinery and facilities.This is a key role focused on keeping equipment running efficiently, minimising downtime and driving continuous improvement across the site. You will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring equipment performance supports operational output while maintaining the highest safety standards.What You'll Be Doing:Delivering scheduled preventative maintenance in line with site requirementsFault finding, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical breakdowns efficientlySupporting equipment upgrades, installations and commissioning projectsIdentifying opportunities to improve plant reliability, processes and performanceCalibrating and maintaining instrumentation such as flow systems, level controls and weighing equipmentProviding technical guidance to colleagues and contractors when requiredMaintaining high standards of housekeeping within workshop and plant areasMonitoring equipment trends and contributing to efficiency, quality and waste reduction initiativesResponding promptly to breakdowns to minimise production disruptionWho They're Looking for:A mechanically biased engineer with solid electrical knowledge (electrical bias also considered)Instrumentation calibration experience (essential for electrical-biased candidates)18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations certification (essential for electrical-biased candidates)IPAF and FLT certificationProven experience working in fast-paced manufacturing environmentsAbility to work at height safely and competentlyStrong mechanical skills with electrical knowledgeAbility to work to deadlines and under pressure with minimal supervisionClear communicator with a positive, solutions-focused mindsetWorking HoursShift pattern of 38 hours per week.
