Your job is to make selling at Penfold simpler, faster, and more effective.You'll own our sales systems (especially HubSpot), keep data clean and reliable, enable the team with the right tools and collateral, and turn strategy into execution alongside Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.This is a hands-on role for someone who loves structure, process, and data — and who gets real satisfaction from enabling others to perform at their best.What You'll Be DoingOwn & optimise HubSpotDay-to-day ownership of HubSpot for SalesBuild and maintain pipelines, deal stages, workflows, automations, and dashboardsEnsure excellent CRM hygiene, reporting, and forecastingImprove lead routing, handoffs (SDR → AE), and lifecycle trackingTroubleshoot issues and continuously improve how the team uses the CRMEnable sales productivityCreate, organise, and maintain sales collateral (decks, one-pagers, case studies, email templates)Ensure reps always have the right materials at the right timeSupport onboarding and ongoing enablement for SDRs and AEsDocument sales processes so they're easy to follow and scaleData enrichment & pipeline qualityOwn lead and account data quality across the funnelImplement and manage enrichment tools (e.g. Cognism, Apollo, ZoomInfo)Improve ICP targeting and segmentationMonitor funnel health and surface insights on conversion, drop-off, and velocityTools & systemsEvaluate, select, and implement new sales toolsEnsure tools are well-integrated and actually usedRetire tools that don't deliver ROIBe the internal expert on how our sales stack worksSales insight & decision supportBuild dashboards and reports for leadership (pipeline, performance, forecasting)Help answer questions like:Where are deals getting stuck?Which segments convert best?What's limiting our ability to scale?Partner with leadership on planning, forecasting, and goal-settingWho This Role Is ForYou're analytical, organised, and proactive.
