You will:Define the QA vision, standards, and best practicesShape how the business approaches testing — from frameworks to automation strategyCreate scalable processes that support rapid growthEnsure every client onboarding meets world‐class quality expectationsMentor engineers and influence cross‐functional teamsYou won't just execute tests, you will design the entire QA approach for the future.What You'll DoQuality Leadership & StrategyEstablish QA standards, testing scope and quality benchmarks across all teams.Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, automation, and documentation.Mentor team members and embed QA best practices across engineering and onboarding.Client Onboarding QualityEnsure timely, high-quality client onboarding across multiple platforms.Support real-world testing scenarios to ensure systems perform as expected.Work within cross-functional squads across onboarding and BAU initiatives.Automation Framework DevelopmentDesign and build BDD test automation frameworks using Playwright, Cucumber and the Page Object Model (POM).Implement automation using Maven, Java, Gherkin and industry-standard tooling.Create reusable page classes, step definitions, selectors and validation layers.Software Testing ExecutionPerform functional, regression, UI, backend and end-to-end testing.Execute manual and automated test cases with precision and attention to detail.Contribute to comprehensive test planning and strategy.API & Database TestingUse Postman and REST Assured for API automation.Write SQL queries and perform JDBC-based database validation (PostgreSQL, Oracle).Cross-Team CollaborationWork closely with Product, Engineering and Onboarding to ensure seamless delivery.Track work and defects in Jira, using Git/GitHub/Bitbucket for version control.What We're Looking ForStrong experience designing POM-based BDD automation frameworksHands-on Playwright experienceProficiency with Java + Maven automation projectsSolid understanding of Gherkin, Cucumber and reusable test designUI automation skills using Selenium WebDriverExperience across functional, regression, E2E, performance or security testingAPI testing with Postman / REST AssuredSQL / database validation across PostgreSQL and OracleExcellent communication skills — able to work with technical and non‐technical stakeholders
