We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our growing clinical team as a Clinical Case Manager for our Hull location.In this pivotal role, you'll oversee complex care packages delivered in clients' own homes ensuring outstanding standards of care and full regulatory compliance.
