Purchase Ledger ClerkHackney£35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy and supportive finance team based in Hackney. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficientlyMatching purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoicesManaging supplier queries and maintaining strong working relationshipsPreparing and processing weekly/monthly payment runsReconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepanciesSupporting month-end processes and reporting requirementsAssisting with general finance administration and process improvementsAbout YouProven experience in a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable roleStrong attention to detail and high levels of accuracyExcellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloadConfident communicator, both written and verbalGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systemsProactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamWhat's On OfferSalary between £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE)Friendly and collaborative working environmentOpportunity to develop within a growing finance functionSupportive management teamOffice-based role in Hackney with potential flexibility
