This is a practical, hands-on role where you'll be out in the field every day, ensuring our brands are visible, stocked, and sold.A day in the life:Work to a set of postcodes in your territory, creating your own journey plan within agreed guidelines – giving you flexibility in how you manage your dayVisit 13–15 convenience and independent stores dailySell key Hershey's & Reese's lines directly from your vehicle to drive immediate distribution in line with our strategyInfluence retailers to purchase ongoing stock from their preferred cash & carryCheck product availability and ensure Hershey's & Reese's are always on the shelfBuild eye-catching displays and place point-of-sale materialsWork with store owners/managers to grow sales and visibilityCapture data on your tablet to track performanceSpot opportunities and feedback insights to your managerWho we're looking for:You don't need a sales background.
