They have a focus on quality, innovation and technical expertise, with a collaborative and supportive culture.As the R&D Chemist you will:Be involved in research, formulation and testing activities to support the development of new and improved productsDevelop and test new formulations in line with project requirementsImprove existing products to meet customer, market or regulatory needsConduct laboratory testing, trials and data analysisPrepare technical reports and maintain accurate documentationWork with production to scale up products from lab to manufacturingKeep up to date with industry developments and best practiceTo be considered for the R&d Chemist role you will need:We are keen to hear from people who can bring a strong technical foundation and an interest in developing their skills within product research and development.Degree in Chemistry or related subject, or PhD in a relevant areaAt least one year of relevant industry or post-doctoral experienceKnowledge of formulation chemistry and laboratory techniquesGood analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesAttention to detail and a methodical approach to work
