The ideal candidate will have 1520 years of experience driving strategic sales, building strong client relationships, and delivering innovative communication solutions that enable digital transformation. This role focuses on enterprise accounts across sectors including Retail, Logistics, Transportation, BFSI, and HLS.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Sales LeadershipDrive CPaaS solution sales to enterprise clients across Retail, Logistics, Transportation, BFSI, and HLS.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the customer landscape.Business Development & GrowthIdentify new business opportunities and expand market share across Europe.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.Solution SellingUnderstand client business challenges and position CPaaS solutions to deliver measurable value.Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions.Stay updated on AI and emerging technology trends and their impact on CPaaS solutions.Relationship ManagementEstablish and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.Act as a trusted advisor for clients on digital communication strategies.Market IntelligenceMonitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging CPaaS/telecom technologies.Provide feedback to product teams for continuous improvement.Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience1520 years in telecom sales, with at least 5+ years in CPaaS or cloud communication solutions.Proven success in selling to large enterprises, particularly in Retail, Logistics, and E-commerce.SkillsStrong consultative selling and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements.KnowledgeDeep understanding of CPaaS platforms, APIs, messaging, voice, and omnichannel communication.Familiarity with enterprise digital transformation initiatives.EducationBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary with performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package. xjdpvnf Opportunity to work with a global leader in telecom.
