You will operate within a lean engineering team and work closely with Product and senior leadership to deliver roadmap priorities at pace.You will contribute across a connected ecosystem that includes:Web applications and digital health journeysData pipelines and insight capabilitiesNHS and third-party integrationsCloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelinesSecurity, compliance and release disciplineWe are looking for someone who can combine strong full stack development with practical DevOps capability someone comfortable moving between feature delivery, infrastructure optimisation and security improvementsWhat you will be responsible for:-Delivering priority roadmap features across front-end and back-end componentsSupporting and improving NHS and third-party integrationsContributing to scalable, reusable platform architectureMaintaining and optimising cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar)Supporting CI/CD pipelines and release processesImproving monitoring, logging and deployment stabilitySupporting security improvementsStrengthening engineering quality and release disciplineReducing defect leakage and improving platform reliabilityCollaborating closely with Product to translate complex requirements into pragmatic technical solutionsQualifications & ExperienceEssential:Strong full stack development experience (modern JS stack such as Node.js / React or similar)AWS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, CI/CD Setup, Automated Testing, Test First Approach, Relational DatabaseExperience working in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred)Hands-on experience with CI/CD and infrastructure managementSolid understanding of application security and secure coding practicesExperience operating in lean, fast-paced scale-up environmentsAbility to work across multiple concurrent workstreamsHighly desirable:Experience with health data platforms or regulated environmentsMySQL, CDK, GitHub & GitHub Actions, Amplify, Cognito, ECS and Docker, LamdbaExposure to NHS integrations or healthcare systemsDesign/Build of resilient systems across multi AZExperience contributing to ISO27001, GDPR or security compliance improvementsExperience improving QA discipline and release governanceWho will thrive! xjdpvnf You take ownership beyond writing codeYou are comfortable balancing feature delivery with infrastructure and security needsYou enjoy solving messy, real-world technical problemsYou can operate with autonomy in a small, high-trust teamYou care about impact as much as implementationThis is a role with scope to grow as the company scales.If you want to help build the infrastructure behind preventative, data-driven healthcare and operate at pace in a mission-led scale-up we'd love to hear from you.Employment Type: Full-time preferred, remote (must be UK based)
