Skilled Roofer (Full-Time) West Yorkshire (local to Brighouse area preferred) About the Role DRI Property Solutions Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced and reliable Roofer to join our growing team.A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.This is a roofing led role covering pitched roofs, flat roofs, reactive repairs and planned works across domestic and commercial properties throughout West Yorkshire and surrounding areas.Roofing will be your primary trade.However, during quieter roofing periods, you may be required to assist with general property maintenance works.We are ideally looking for someone based locally to our Brighouse area to support efficient daily mobilisation and travel.This position is offered on a full time, temp-to-perm basis.We are also open to experienced individuals operating on a labour only subcontractor arrangement.Key Responsibilities Carry out pitched roof repairs (slate and tile) Flat roofing repairs and installations (felt / EPDM preferred) Reactive call out works and planned maintenance Diagnose roofing defects and provide practical solutions Work safely and confidently at height Lead small roofing jobs independently when required Assist with general maintenance tasks where needed Represent the company professionally on client sites Essential Experience & Requirements Minimum 5 years roofing experience Strong background in reactive roofing repairs Experience with both pitched and flat roofing systems Good understanding of health 'safety requirements Ability to work independently and problem solve on site Full UK driving licence Desirable Experience Leadwork Guttering, fascia's 'soffits Basic joinery Experience working in xjdpvnf occupied residential properties Personal Qualities Takes pride in quality workmanship Reliable and punctual Professional and customer-focused Calm under pressure Understands the importance of protecting company reputation What We Offer Steady pipeline of works Supportive, down-to-earth team environment Company van (employed position) Long term opportunity for the right candidate Consistent local work across West Yorkshire Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Full-Time (Preferred) Temp-to-Perm Labour Only Subcontractor Considered
