As we expand, we offer our team the opportunity to grow with us, take real ownership of their work, and help shape the future of our business.About the RoleWe're looking for a driven and commercially minded Channel Sales Manager to join our fast-growing company. You'll will play a crucial role in developing and executing our channel strategy. This position involves identifying and recruiting new partners, as well as nurturing and growing existing partnerships to drive sales and expand our market presence for our flagship Sense platform and suite of complimentary AI products.You will be the first channel professional and own channel sales in its entire lifecycle. This is a hands-on role combining partner acquisition with partner management to build a pipeline delivering your annual partner target.We will provide you with training on our products, marketing and leadership support to help you thrive.What You Bring· Proven track record in channel sales in the SaaS or enterprise technology, with consistent target achievement· Minimum 4yrs experience within technology ecosystems· Preferred sector experience, one or more of: travel, contact centre, CX and related sectors, experience in compliance led sectors e.g. insurance and BPOs also useful· Excited by technology and in particular AI· Self-directed, resilient, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments· Strong presentation and negotiation abilities· Collaborative team player willing to share insights and support colleaguesWhat You'll DoPartner Acquisition and Onboarding· Develop and implement a partner acquisition strategy· Identify, prospect, and recruit new partners, including referrers, resellers and system integrators· Conduct thorough research to identify potential partners that align with our business objectives· Manage the partner onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration into our ecosystemPartner Relationship Management· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners· Develop and execute account plans for key partners to drive growth and performanceSales and Revenue Growth· Set and achieve partner revenue targets· Develop and implement sales strategies to increase partner-driven revenuePartner Enablement· Create and deliver partner training programs and sales enablement tools· Ensure partners are well-equipped with product knowledge and sales strategies· Collaborate with marketing to develop co-marketing initiatives and materialsPerformance Monitoring and Reporting· Track and analyse partner performance metrics· Provide regular reports on channel sales performance· Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actionsMarket Intelligence· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics· Provide insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategiesCross-functional Collaboration:· Work closely with direct sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment· Participate in strategic planning sessions to contribute to overall business growthDeliver professional, persuasive software demos to attract and support partners.What We Offer· Base salary £50,000 to £65,000 plus OTE (uncapped)· Remote first or hybrid depending on location· Company pension scheme· 20 days holiday plus bank holidays· A fun, friendly, and flexible working environment.
