IT and Cybersecurity Sales Account Director - MSPs - £100k-120k p/a OTE - Remote WFH - London areaManaged Services | Azure | Microsoft 365 | Cyber Security | QBRs | Digital TransformationPredominantly remote working WFH with 1 day per week (Mondays) in office for sales meetings in London area£50k-60k p/a base salary, OTE £100k-£120k p/aPrevious IT / Cybersecurity Account Management experience is essentialMicrosoft suite / Azure knowledge is highly desirableMedium to large enterprise account sales and account management experience preferredAre you an experienced MSP Account Director or Strategic IT Account Manager who thrives on building long-term client partnerships and driving technology-led growth?We are looking for a commercially driven, technically credible IT Account Director to manage and grow a portfolio of medium and large business clients. This is a strategic, relationship-led role focused on customer success, roadmap development and account expansion within a fast-growing Managed Service Provider.This is not a cold-hunting position. It is about owning relationships, delivering value, and identifying commercial opportunities within an established client base.The RoleYou will act as a trusted technology advisor to your clients, helping them navigate digital transformation, cloud adoption and cyber security strategy.Key responsibilities include:Owning and growing a portfolio of managed services accountsConducting monthly and quarterly QBRs (face-to-face)Building and presenting detailed technology roadmapsIdentifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across IT support, cloud and securityTranslating business goals into practical Microsoft and infrastructure solutionsWorking closely with technical and solutions teams to deliver best-in-class serviceMaintaining high customer satisfaction and NPS scoresWhat We're Looking For5+ years' experience within an MSP or Managed Services environmentStrong background in IT support, IT services and cyber securityProven track record of exceeding account growth targetsExperience presenting to and negotiating with C-level stakeholdersConfident running QBRs and executive-level meetingsStrong technical understanding of:Microsoft 365AzureWindows ServerEndpoint security, EDR, MFAAntivirus and security best practicesYou must be commercially focused, relationship-driven and comfortable having technical conversations in a clear, business-led way.Why This Role?Work with ambitious medium and enterprise clientsDrive meaningful digital transformation projectsBe part of a high-growth, forward-thinking MSPTake ownership of strategic client relationshipsIf you are currently an IT Account Director, Strategic Account Manager, Technical Account Manager or Senior Customer Success Manager within Managed Services and are looking for a role where you can truly influence client strategy and drive commercial growth, we'd love to hear from you.Apply now or reach out for a confidential discussion
