Works Planner | Chesham | 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday | £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experienceAre you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact in a busy, fast-paced environment?Our client is looking for two dedicated Repairs Planners to join their team at their office in Chesham.Our client was established over 25 years ago and offers fully integrated, professional plumbing and drain care solutions throughout Greater London, the Home Counties and the South East Counties.Are you the right person for the job?Excel skills are an advantage, but not essentialStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work well in a team and liaise with both operatives and managementExperience in a similar role is beneficial but not essentialWhat will your role look like?Manage and coordinate a computerised diary for plumbing and drainage OperativesMaintain and update daily the WIP Report for ClientsAllocate and Administer Work Orders on the Work Management SystemComplete Orders daily on internal and Client SystemsComply with allocating the required number of jobs per dayEnsure all jobs that require VOs and SOR codes are input correctlyLiaise with Operatives to book in follow-on works, extra time or order partsCommunicate with management daily to report progress and updatesWhat can you expect in return?20 days holiday + bank holidaysPension schemeFree ParkingExcellent working environmentWhat's next?
