They are looking for someone like you to be part of their success.Are you the right person for the job?Experience in the Commercial and Industrial Electrical Maintenance sector is desirableFamiliar with Bs7671, Bs5266, RegulationsExceptional communication and organisational skills, and able to work in a methodical and calm manner.Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, and able to work under pressure to achieve required Client Service Levels and KPIsCalm under pressure and able to work on specified time-bound tasks.Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, or with an apprentice when required.The ability to use one's own initiativePresentable and able to undertake duties in line with Management's recommendations and instructions.Adhere to company policy, and in accordance with client requirements.City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 or equivalent NVQ Level 3,City & Guildsth edition - DesirableFull UK Driving LicenceWhat will your role look like?Carry out Client PPMs tasks, Fire Extinguisher Servicing and inspections, Thermal Imaging, Emergency light Tests, RCD Testing and DB maintenanceCarry out site surveys and produce site audits, and the next steps of rectificationsCarry out repairs and replacements to emergency light fittingsDiagnose faults with power and lighting circuits/systemsInstallation of replacement light fittings, emergency bulkheadsService and inspect EV charging points and carry out minor repairsWhat can you expect in return?28 days holiday (inc.
