Safety, Compliance & Assurance LeadContract: 9 MonthsBased: RAF MarhamHourly rate: £37.13 PAYE or £50.01 Umbrella inside IR35Onsite: 4 days per weekFull time – 37 hours per weekOverviewWe are currently recruiting on behalf of BAE Systems for an experienced Safety, Compliance & Assurance Lead (SCAL) to support their UK Sustainment Operation based at RAF Marham within the Integrated Training Centre (ITC).Skills:Minimum 5 years' experience within Aircraft Maintenance, Safety, Quality, Assurance or Compliance in a fast jet or performance-based support environmentStrong working knowledge of:ISO 9001 / AS9100DSAT requirementsSafety & Quality Management SystemsMaintenance Training Organisation Expositions (MTOE) Qualified Auditor (essential)The JobSupporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management SystemEnsuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, MTOE, Training Management Plan and DSAT requirementsManaging the ITC Safety, Compliance & Assurance Register (SC&AR)Administering the SMS reporting system (PrISM) and associated actionsManaging and delivering the internal audit planLiaising with MOD Quality representatives, external auditors and regulatory bodiesProviding training and guidance to staff on quality and compliance proceduresReporting quality system performance to senior managementPromoting a strong Safety, Health & Environment cultureBPSS with Full SC, UK Eyes Only and Subject to ITARIf you would like to be considered for this role please don't hesitate to click apply or call Levi Jackson on 0161 694 9192 for more information.About BAE:BAE Systems is a leading global defence, aerospace, and security company.
