Ready to manage projects that genuinely make a difference?RenEnergy is expanding, and were seeking a confident Project Manager to take ownership of medium to large-scale solar PV projects in a fast-growing renewable energy business.This role will take ownership of the delivery of medium to large-scale solar PV projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, technical performance, and health 'safety.As we celebrate 20 years in business, RenEnergy continues to grow as a leading commercial solar PV specialist in ground-mounted, rooftop, and solar carport installations with battery storage. We are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Operations team and support the next phase of our delivery growth.What Youll Be Doing:Leading solar PV projects from contract award through to client handover.Developing detailed project programmes, monitoring progress, and reporting to Company Directors and clients.Setting up and managing supply chain contracts, negotiating terms and briefing Directors as required.Ensuring PV installations are delivered by subcontractors in line with programme schedules, budgets, and contractual requirements.Confidently briefing and coordinating activities across live contracts.Ensuring quality standards and health 'safety compliance are maintained at all times.Managing multiple sites simultaneously, including effective oversight of Site Managers.Continuously monitoring and maintaining excellent health 'safety performance on site.Creating, reviewing, and maintaining RAMS, CPPs, and other H&S documentation.Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the project delivery team.Producing accurate and regular reports on project performance.Attending, contributing to, and reporting on project meetings throughout the lifecycle.Procuring subcontract labour, materials, and ancillary items in line with company policy and limits of authority.Completing post-project reviews, assessing performance against budget and identifying areas for improvement.Undertaking site surveys and inspections as required.What Were Looking For:Proven experience in construction project management.Desirable experience in commercial solar PV site management or similar environments.Ability to read and interpret electrical designs from specifications and surveys.Strong understanding of site health 'safety and CDM requirements, with up-to-date knowledge of legislation and regulations.Experience in groundworks (advantageous).Experience with central inverters and HV systems (advantageous).Excellent organisational and communication skills.Strong ability to manage and maintain positive client relationships.Why Join Us?Be part of a fast-growing business at the forefront of the renewable energy sector.Play a key role in delivering high-quality, large-scale solar PV projects.Work with a knowledgeable, driven, and supportive team.Opportunities for career progression as the business continues to expand.Benefits:Option to purchase additional annual leave after qualifying periodCompany pensionCompany eventsFree on site parkingCasual DressAccess toMINTAGO salary sacrifice & benefits platformClosing date:Friday 6th March 2026Job Types:Full-time, PermanentLicence/Certification:Full Driving Licence RequiredWork authorisation:United Kingdom (required)Work Location:In personWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
