These pupils and the wider professional team rely heavily on consistency and routine.Responsibilities Beyond TeachingOur tutors are not only educators; they are key contributors to a wider support network.You will be expected to:Record attendance accuratelyTrack and document academic progress and engagementProvide structured updates to be shared with schools and professionalsMaintain clear, professional documentation at all timesYour reporting may contribute directly to EHCP reviews, school planning, and multi-agency decision-making.
