Reporting to the Procurement Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administration support to the Procurement Team in relation to raising purchase orders, engaging with 3rd party Supply Chain, document storage, data integrity analysis, data cleansing and any other duties as and when required in order to provide an efficient and responsive service in a demanding but rewarding team environment. Location: Wildflower Way, Belfast Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday, 37.5 Hours Job Type: Permanent /Full Time Duties and Responsibilities: Raise Purchase orders for materials, subcontract and hire requests as instructed by other members of the Procurement team. Send out enquiries for pricing with direction from other members of the Procurement team. Liaise with supply chain to expedite orders. Liaise with internal stakeholders to assist with resolving any issues. Assist the Procurement team with managing the shared inbox. Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders partners to formulate and circulate internal and external reports. Assist with data cleansing and Procurement data management. Assist with document storage. Assist Procurement team with maintaining process documents. Any other general administration duties as and when required. Specific tasks and objectives will be agreed with the post holder at regular intervals. #GRAHAMFMNIJobs About You Essential Criteria Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar environment Demonstrate previous experience in dealing with suppliers and subcontractors Proven ability to work within a team environment to strict deadlines Competent IT Skills eg. Microsoft Office Package Desirable Criteria Experience in either Construction or Facilities Management sector Previous experience of using document storage solutions Previous experience of using Purchasing / Procurement / Supply Chain Management systems Knowledge of local and UK supply chain Please note that Applicants will not be expected to meet any (or all) of the desirable criteria to be considered for interview.
