Full-time staff for SIXT Rent a Car - Northern Ireland Position: Full time rental sales agent, permanent. Locations:, Belfast International Airport, Belfast City Centre, Belfast City Airport Salary: 22,000-26,000 About Us: SIXT Rent a Car is a global leader in vehicle rental services, known for our premium fleet, exceptional customer service, and strong presence worldwide. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team in Northern Ireland and are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team on a full-time basis at our Belfast locations. The Role: As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be the face of SIXT working across our three main locations in Northern Ireland, ensuring a smooth and efficient rental process for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: Renting out vehicles: Assisting customers with their vehicle hire needs, handling and providing expert advice on vehicle options. Checking in returning vehicles: Inspecting returned cars for any damage, mileage, and fuel levels, ensuring they are ready for the next customer. Fleet management: Assisting in managing vehicle availability, coordinating deliveries and returns. Admin duties: Completing rental paperwork, updating customer information, and handling inquiries both in person and over the phone. What Were Looking For: Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A valid driving licence (required) and must be over 21 years of age for insurance purposes. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not essential as full training will be provided.
