PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Reporting to the Delivery Partners Manager, The Delivery Partners Co-ordinator is responsible for the implementation, accuracy and maintenance of the Delivery Partners catalogues. The Delivery Partners Co-Ordinator will ensure seamless service delivery across all channel elements by liaising with our external partners and internal stakeholders, providing and presenting data to support compliance across the business from product set up to in store pick. Working collaboratively with our partners, Head Office Departments and Retail Management Teams to support the delivery of both sales and operational performance. Key Accountabilities: Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, effective working relationships with our rapid delivery partners, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Catalogue Management: Create and implement delivery partner product catalogues via Axiom, always ensuring data accuracy and alignment with the trading plan. Constantly reviewing our in-App presentation ensuring price, image, description is always correct. Taking ownership of any issues and following through to resolution. Estate Services: Ensuring our coverage is optimised through regular review against accurate estate services data. Ensuring the coordination of partner set up into new sites and structured removal of services as required. Communication: Ensuring timely communication is provided internally and externally to ensure all stakeholders have the information required to execute the plan successfully. You will supply and present regular updates to Retail Field & Management teams to support with delivering operational metrics through their teams. Reporting: Ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely performance reporting. Providing insight to Retail to support and challenge performance as required. Systems Integration: Collaborate closely with the IT team, providing timely constructive feedback to ensure all relevant systems and integrations are optimized for success. Leadership Support: Deputise for Delivery Partners Manager during periods of absence ensuring seamless continuity of operation and communication. Required Knowledge, Experience & Skills Knowledge of retail operations and multi-site service processes Ability to maintain accurate product catalogues and digital content. Familiarity with large data structures, product, pricing, images, and descriptions. Strong analytical skills interpreting performance reports. Skilled in presenting, a confident communicator able to deliver insights to field and management teams online and in person. Understanding of retail trading & Commercial Planning Effective stakeholder management across internal and external teams. Strong planning and organisational ability. Proven issue ownership and structured problem-solving. Experience coordinating onboarding / offboarding across estates. Awareness of estate coverage data and site service implications.
