Overhead Crane Operative - Immediate StartLocation: Lound, Retford DN22Barker Ross are recruiting for an experienced Overhead Crane Operative to join a busy precast concrete manufacturing site based in Lound, Retford (DN22).This is a fantastic opportunity for ongoing, full-time work with regular hours and overtime available.Working Hours:Monday to Friday6:00am - 2:30pmSaturdays paid at time and a half (after 40 hours have been completed in the week)Key Responsibilities:Operating overhead cranes to safely move precast concrete productsLifting and positioning heavy materials around the production facilitySupporting production and yard teams with material handlingCarrying out daily crane checks and reporting any faultsEnsuring all lifting operations are completed safely and in line with site proceduresRequirements:Valid overhead crane licence (in-date and accredited)Previous experience operating overhead cranes in a manufacturing or construction environmentStrong awareness of health and safetyAbility to work effectively as part of a teamReliable and punctual with a proactive approach to workThis role is ideal for candidates with proven overhead crane experience looking for stable, long-term employment.To apply, please submit your CV or contact Barker Ross for further details.Barker Ross Group values diversity and promotes equality.
