What we do.This particular role is based at our Boness site, which employs over 1,000 people and produces food-to-go salads and salad accompaniments to a number of customers. It is located 3.5 miles from Linlithgow and 8 miles to Falkirk.About the role.We manufacture a wide range of high-quality chilled products for our dedicated customers at our sites. Our production lines are non-stop, so youll be kept busy creating our products. Working right at the heart of our fast-paced, high-pressured environment, youll enjoy plenty of variety, be encouraged to find where your strengths lie and supported to achieve your full potential.Whether you are a machine operative, mixing operative, technician, QCs or key operative, youll always focus on safety, speed and accuracy. Using your previous experience in a manufacturing environment, youll always aim to deliver high-quality in a right first-time environment.Skilled Factory Operative - Daysduties may include:Conducting CCPsMetal Detection operationCheck weighing operationLeading a production lineWere looking for hardworking people, willing to learn and keen to progress.
